1. TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Odezaar ("Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1.2 Platform Role

Odezaar is a marketplace platform only. We do not own, manufacture, store, inspect, or ship items listed on the Platform. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, subject to Odezaar's escrow and dispute procedures.

1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.

1.4 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Safeguarding login credentials
  • All activity occurring under their account

Odezaar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1.5 Listings & Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings are:

  • Accurate
  • Truthful
  • Complete
  • Compliant with Seller Guidelines

Misrepresentation may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1.6 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • List used or damaged items as unused
  • Upload false verification documents
  • Circumvent platform fees
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt off-platform transactions

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odezaar is not liable for:

  • Seller misrepresentation
  • Shipping delays or damage
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Loss of value
  • Indirect or consequential damages

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Odezaar is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
