4. SELLER GUIDELINES

4.1 Allowed Items

Sellers may list only:

• Unused items
• Open-box items
• Project overages
• Items with minor cosmetic flaws that were never used

4.2 Prohibited Items

• Used furniture or fixtures
• Counterfeit goods
• Damaged structural items
• Hazardous materials
• Low-quality mass-market goods inconsistent with platform standards

4.3 Listing Standards

Listings must include:

• Accurate photos
• Honest condition disclosure
• Correct dimensions and specifications
• Clear fulfillment method

4.4 Fulfillment Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Packaging
• Shipping
• Local pickup coordination
• Compliance with shipping laws
